Layla's grip tightens on Robin's arm, her eyes narrowing. "That's why I came to you. I need you to do something for me." She says conspiratorially.

"What is it?" Robin asks, her voice barely above a whisper.

The blonde leans in, her lips curving into a strained smile. "How would you feel about a little... spy work?" she murmurs.

Robin grins, her teeth glinting, "spy work, you say?"

Layla nods quickly, "Yes. All you have to do is watch malik. I know you work in totally different places-" robin's brow lifts at this.

So Layla doesn't know that she and Malik work in the same work area.

Malik was a shareholder there and was also one of the executives of Volkovs industries and Robin was also a shareholder there, although she works in the marketing department, she and Malik regularly saw each other, whether during meetings or just passing by the hallways.
