As they made their way back to the chambers, Madison couldn't stop smiling. Her hand kept brushing against the ring on her finger, still not quite believing it was real. Wald noticed and gave her a playful nudge.
"You know, if you keep touching it like that, it might disappear," he teased.
Madison laughed, linking her arm through his. "I'm just making sure I'm not dreaming."
