章 242: The War Begins

"Fire the Aetheric Storm Cannon!" Tracy ordered as they approached the northern borders of Ohio.

Buzz!

Compartments on the Tempest Leviathan warship slid open, revealing massive cannon nozzles pointing toward the bird horde in the sky.

A rumbling sound could be heard as Aether energy was slowly accumulated by the cannons and in about five seconds it was fully charged.

"Aetheric Storm Cannons fully charged and ready to fire!" One of the crew members announced.

"Fire!" Tracy ordered.

Boom!

Intense beams of pure Aether energy erupted from the cannons, filling the sky and dying the world blue. Columns of Aether beams obliterated flocks of evolved birds, reducing them to ashes.

Countless birds were skillful enough to get out of the way, before diving forward. They all raced towards the Tempest Leviathan Warship, eager to bring it down by all means.
