章 2: (2)going to domino pier and I meet the main cast(I’m a new transfer?!)
PREVIOUSLY ON YUGIOH! Jonah gets reborn and find himself in possession of a box from industrial illusions,and now his journey begins now!

Shocked by this revelation of me going to duelist kingdom I didn't see a bunch of things appear right on the desk in my room.
After a few minutes to calm down I look at the desk and see new items have shown up on the empty desk.
"What's this?" I say gasping at how deep my voice is,but I soon shake it off as I say various things jotaro says.
"Good grief…I can't beat the shit out of you without getting closer…will you shut up!! Your annoying!!"
After finishing quotes from jojo he takes a look at the items.
The items consisted of an id,a Japanese passport,an entry letter showing my admission to domino high,and 1 million yen,as well as a letter from the goddess.
I read the letter aloud to myself.
I took the liberty of making you an id,as well as a backstory for you,you are an orphan who gets transferred to domino city and the house was bought for you from a childhood friends father who sees you as his son,and coincidentally you live next to Yugi's house.
Hope you have a good life this time-your friend,the goddess.
After I finish reading the letter finding my backstory I get hit with a sharp pain as a bunch of memories were implanted into me.
As the pain subsides I look at the clock,it was 8 a.m and the date was the day before the start of duelist kingdom,so I decided to put my new duel disk into a backpack, go outside and look around.
And sure enough I see Solomon motou's card shop,feeling excited I open the door to the shop and I see a a person sitting down in front of a card display,and he looked sad.
(He already knows it's yugi,but he decides to act like he doesn't know him)
"Hey kid,you alright?" I say to the person catching his attention ,and he looks up at me."sorry but the shop is closed,my grandpa is…ill." He says to me and I can feel his sadness.
"Oh I'm not here to shop,im your new neighbor,Jonah kamijo,but you can call me jojo." I say holding out my hand.
"Oh I didn't know,nice to meet you Jonah,my name is yugi motou." He says shaking my hand.
I look over and see the cards and star chips as well as a glove right behind him.
"Are you going to duelist kingdom too?" I say as I show him my glove and chips as well. He looked at the glove I had before nodding.
"Well anyways yugi,I'm going to transfer to domino high after the tournament,im a first year." I say shocking him even more.
"You're a fist year?! You don't even look like your in highschool!!" Yugi shouts not believing I was actually his age.
Pulling out my id I hand it to him and he looks at it in shock,"you really aren't lying,well welcome to domino high,so what's what weirdly shaped thing in your bag?" He says looking at the tip of my dueldisk poking out.
"Oh,I had a hobby making technology,and wanted to make a duel station you can carry,I call it the duel disk." I say pulling it out,'I hope the goddess won't get mad at me if I say I invented it,I mean she did give me a flash drive to sell to Kaiba.' I think to myself.
"Whoa!! This could be revolutionary!" He says looking at it with sparkles in his eyes,I forget he loves duel monsters.
Pulling out the flash drive I show it to yugi,"yeah I know it's revolutionary for the dueling world,that's why I placed the data and schematics in this flash drive,im thinking of showing it to seto Kaiba and seeing if we can be partners and I can make an income." I say putting the flash drive back into my bag.
"Hey Yug! You home" I hear a distinct Brooklyn accent followed by multiple footsteps behind me,and I knew who was here.
"Oh hey Joey! Oh yeah meet Jonah,he's going to be transferring to domino high after competing in duelist kingdom." He says pointing at my glove and star chips.
I turn around and see yugi's friends,and I get up and hold out my hand,"the names Jonah kamijo,and I'm entering duelist kingdom as well,hope we get along."
A young woman walks up and shakes my hand,"nice to meet you Jonah,my name's tea gardener,the blond guy is joey wheeler,and right next to him is Tristan Taylor." She says pointing at the two while I give them a nod.
"So you a duelist as well?" Joey says as he looks at me,"damn dude you are buff,you lift?"
"I try to exercise everyday and eat well,but I was wondering,what happened to yugi's grandpa?" I ask even though I know what happened.
I hear yugi sigh before telling me the story of what happened to his grandpa's soul.
*slam* "that's evil!" I say slamming my hand onto the display table,"yugi as someone I see as a friend I'm going to help you get your grandfathers soul back!" Making everyone see me in a good light.
Yugi couldn't believe what he was hearing,someone who doesn't know his grandpa wants to help him get his grandpa's soul back,"I'm grateful to you Jonah " he says showing me a smile.
Even joey and Tristan felt happy for yugi,"Jonah you are alright!" Joey says slapping my back.
Looking at the clock I see it's now ten in the morning.
"Hey if it's not too much trouble,I'm new to domino city,do you think you can show me around? I'm wanting to buy a tent and some food for the tournament,Pegasus never said he'd provide meals." I say hinting that they needed to pack for the tournament.
"Hey you have a point there Jonah."tea says,and soon we all went and got the stuff we needed for the tournament.
And like that it was seven in the evening,"well everyone,remember to sleep well,we are going to be ready first thing tomorrow." I say turning around to go inside my house hearing goodnight from everyone.
Soon enough I went to bed and as I enter my dreamscape I see Lisa Lisa waiting for me.
"Hello Lisa Lisa,are you ready for my hamon training?" I ask as I see what looks like stairs that went up indefinitely.
(Imagine a safe version of that one scp about an infinite staircase,and you'll get the idea)
"Yes,since you are just starting out,we are going to ease you into your training,the dreamscape is one hour equals half an hour in the real world,and since you won't feel tired in the real world since this is your dreamscape,you won't feel any pain in your body."
Hearing that I won't feel the pain in the real world makes me happy,I didn't want to be sore all over when I go to duelist kingdom.
"Now then,put these on." She says pointing to iron rings from the iron ring challenge in part one and iron toed boots,and I see a mask that made breathing hard for Joseph in part 2.
Hesitantly I put on the mask and on one ring on each arm and they weighted a pretty good amount.
"The rings weigh 5 kilograms each,and after an hour the second set of rings will appear on your arms,they will each weigh 10 kilograms,and the weight of each ring set will double by two,now your first exercise is to run up those infinite stairs for the entirety of your sleeping time,which is ten hours,now get to running!"
And with that I started my exercises,my training had begun.
(So basically the first set of rings are 5kg,the second set will be 10kg,the third will be20kg,and so on,also I'm not going to go into detail with the exercises,so I'm writing out what exercises he is doing then writing the next day,like a time skip of sorts)
(The next day)
As the morning sun starts to show itself,I wake up,and true to what Lisa Lisa said I didn't feel any pain,but I did feel like my muscles were even more condensed,making me look the same but not change in size.
Seeing the results I try hamon breathing and I felt my body warm up,like I was near a bonfire.
I look over at the clock and it was seven in the morning and I hear the doorbell ring,'yugi and the others must be waiting for me' I think to myself as I open my closet.
I see the usual outfit jotaro wore in part 3,a pair of black leather shoes,a pair of deep black jeans with two belts on them,a muddy green t-shirt,and a leather jacket.

I get dressed and grab my bag containing my duel disk,tent,camping rations enough for four days in case I need to share with someone.
I put on jotaro's signature hat and walk out the door and see yugi and everyone waiting for me.
"Sorry for the wait." I say locking my door and walking toward my friends.
"Hey Jonah,did ya sleep well?" Joey asks me,I nod and see everyone took my advice and pack food and camping supplies for the tournament.
"Now then,let's go to domino pier!"
