章 9: We Want To See What Our Father Looks. But How?

"I find out Rosalina is back in the country but in Seoul. Her formal number had not been reachable since she left the country for California but I think she has a new number now. Do you have it?" U Jin asked making Tae Yeon's smile varnished as she exchanged looks with her mom.

"Uhh, I don't have and it's been years since I saw her last when she left the mansion and yes I also just found out that she's back but with two kids. She's now a mother like I have heard." Tae Yeon said trying to see how U Jin would react and as she had thought, U Jin looked shocked, sad, and jealous as I was obvious in his face.

"Oh, kids? I can't believe she's a mother and married." U Jin managed to say with saddened feelings.

"Are you okay?" Tae Yeon asked though she felt so sad seeing the man she liked feeling that way for another woman.

"Yes, I'm okay. I'll find another way to get to reach her. I thought you'd have her number or know her house that's why I asked. I'll leave now, see you around again Tae Yeon. Bye Ms Yeri." U Jin said and stood up and left with a saddened and heavy heart.

"Did you see that? He is not happy to hear that." Tae Yeon said to her mother angrily with jealousy and tears.

"Even if he's sad nothing would change it that Rosalina is a mother now and he wouldn't want to marry or chase a woman who already had two kids even if he wants his family wouldn't allow that so my dear there's still a chance stand so strong for you." Mrs Yeri said as she made some sense in Tae Yeon's heart making her cheer up again and smile.

"That's true mom, I shouldn't be worried about that but to make U Jin mine forever." Tae Yeon said smiling.

"There you go, my beautiful daughter." Mrs Yeri said with a light laugh.

"How could that be possible? How could she have two kids? I can't believe she's married." U Jin said throwing himself on the bed angrily as he recalled what Tae Yeon said.

He sat upright on his king-size bed and made a call on the phone and sent Rosalina's picture he had on his phone to the number he called and sent a text message to the number;

"💬find every detail about her and her whereabouts and her phone number. This work should be done in a few hours. She's now living In Seoul." He typed and sent the text to the number he had called.

The number replied with the text;

"💬okay boss. I'll start the work from now." The number texted back while U Jin threw the phone on the bed after reading the message.

"Joon Ah?" The little boy Joon Woo called his twin sister who was playing with a bear.

"Hun? What Joon Woo?" Joon Ah responded and turned to look at her twin brother, looking a bit sad where he was sitting.

"Why is your face like that? Are you okay?" Joon Ah asked, looking concerned at her brother as she crawled to him.

"I'm fine, but do you think we don't truly have a dad like Mom said to us?" The little boy asked his twin sister, who blinked several times.

"I doubt that too. I think Mommy is keeping it from us, maybe Dad is a bad guy." Joon Ah said, looking innocent.

"Yes, he must be really bad if Mom is always sad when we mention him to her." Joon Woo agreed with his sister.

"I wish I could meet him and punish him for leaving Mommy alone to carry all our burdens by herself." Joon Ah said sadly.

"How about we look for him?" Joon Woo asked his little twin sister.

"That's not good, Mommy said it's dangerous for kids like us out there. We want to see what our father looks like. But how?" Joon Ah said sadly, just then the door to their room opened, making them stop chatting and compose themselves as if they were only playing with each other.

"Babies, Mommy is back," Rosalina said, smiling as she entered her kids' room but found them quiet.

"Mommy!" Joon Ah ran to her.

"Are you guys okay?" Their mother asked and pulled Joon Ah, walking to the bed as she sat between them, pulling the kids into a hug.

"We're fine, Mommy. We're playing with our toys, just when you entered," Joon Woo lied.

If one could see the two kids, one would think they were older than four because of how they talk, react, or behave sometimes.

Rosalina smiled and kissed their cheeks.

"Do you guys want me to prepare pancakes for you, hun?" Rosalina asked them, and they nodded.

"Okay, let me go into my room and change into something comfortable, then we'll go to the kitchen and make pancakes together. Would you guys like to join me in the kitchen?" Rosalina asked with a smile forming on her lips.

Joon Ah nodded, looking happy to help her mom, but Joon Woo said, "No, I don't like to work in the kitchen."

"How lazy. Mommy, Joon Woo is lazy and prefers to play and just eat without doing anything," Joon Ah said annoyingly, making Joon Woo glare at her.

"Hahaha, he's a boy, so he doesn't need to be or work in the kitchen, because that's why women are always and mostly seen in the kitchen," Rosalina said to little Joon Ah, who nodded her head and smiled, revealing her white set of teeth.

"Let Mommy go to the room and change into something comfortable," Rosalina said and walked out of the kids' room into her room to change into comfortable clothes.

"Did you just say Gu Best later picked a random person for their brand promotions?" The CEO of NB&H agency asked, looking very angry.

"Why are you angry about such a little matter? Just wait and watch how they regret choosing just someone who isn't even popular yet to promote their brands," Irene, one of the popular superstar models in Seoul, said.

Irene is a beautiful lady with a nice figure. She's an actress and also a model signee of NB&H company. She has also won many awards for how professional she is in her work.

"Who is that person that made Gu Best, one of the best brand companies in Seoul, stoop so low to choose just a nobody as their brand ambassador this year?" The CEO said, again angrily.

"Take a look at the girl's picture. She's a model from California, already gaining popularity among models in the USA, and signed with three successful brands in the USA. This made her quickly known and discovered by some companies, and her pictures are all over the internet now, with many admiring her. She was also given a name in California as the Asian goddess of beauty," the manager who manages the NB&H signees, especially Irene, said.

The CEO snatched the tablet phone from the manager and took a look at the pictures on the screen. He was lost staring at the figure in the picture.

Looking beautiful, or a word that is cooler than the word "beauty" itself. Innocent, with her great, sexy figure, and stunning charismatic presence was eye-catching and nice to stare at.

Irene, sitting and crossing her legs, could see how their CEO was lost and drooling.

"Is she that great for you to be drooling?" Irene said, rolling her eyes angrily.

The CEO came back to his senses, took a glance at the screen for the last time, and dropped the big screen phone on the table.

"Did you say she's not popular yet?" The CEO asked.

"I think she's already popular because she's trending all over the internet now," the manager said.

"I want you to check everything about her. I'm thinking of getting her signed to our agency since she's not with any agency. This could be good for us to have someone like her in our company," the CEO said, already interested in signing Rosalina.

"What's her name?" The CEO asked the manager, who picked up the phone again.

"Her name written on her profile is Rosalina, but it also said that her Korean name is Yoona," the manager said, looking at the phone screen.

Irene, whose angry eyes lit up in surprise.

"You mean Rosalina?" Irene asked, looking surprised.

"Yes, what? Do you know her?" the manager asked.

Irene snatched the tablet phone from the manager and looked at the picture, zooming in to have a better view.

"What! This is Rose from the Kim family," Irene said, making the CEO's eyes light up with excitement.

"Wow, you know her? How did you know her?" the CEO asked with an interested look.

"She's a bastard of the Kim family in JeJu like Tae Yeon had told me," Irene said, looking at the picture with jealousy visible on her face.

"Since you know her, why don't you meet her and try to get her signed with our agency as one of our models," the CEO said softly.

"We don't talk because we're not friends. I just know her through my friend Tae Yeon; they were sisters before she left the family. I didn't even realize she's back in the country, returning as a model," Irene said softly, feeling angry.

"Talk to your friend Tae Yeon to help us approach her since they were sisters before," the CEO said, pleading with his eyes.

"They're not even close now. They hate each other so much," Irene said, rolling her eyes.

"If you can't help, Your manager should do the work and meet her to invite her to our company," the CEO said, while the manager nodded with a slight smile.

"Do you think she will agree to sign with your company? That cold, arrogant person," Irene said, annoyed.

Irene was so angry and stood up, leaving in a bad mood.

The manager wanted to stop her, but the CEO stopped him.

"Let her go, she's just jealous," the CEO said, smiling.

"I want to meet that lady, arrange a meeting to meet her. We need someone like her as one of our signed models at our agency," the CEO of NB&H agency said, while the manager nodded and bowed before leaving the office.
