(TYLER)
As soon as Dr Nicholas finishes speaking, he walks into the room. He goes ahead to wash his hands in the sink and then dries them up. He then slips the gloves into his infers then walks over to me. "Go ahead Tyler. Put your feet on the stirrups."
A nurse adjusts the overhead lights. Dr Nicholas pulls a stool at the foot of the bed.
Sasha looks pale. Never once have I seen him this stressed. His face is shiny with sweat and he looks exhausted. I'm sure he feels horrible having to just stand at a distance and watch me suffer. His alpha instincts are probably dying to protect me and fix my pain.
I put my feet on the stirrups. Once I'm set, Dr. Nicholas looks at me. "Alright, Tyler. Things look good. Now when I tell you to push, I need you to push, okay?"
"Okay."
"You're doing great, Tyler." Sasha squeezes my hand. "You're going to ace this."
Hey reader!
So, I've been thinking... We've spent a good chunk of time in our main characters' heads, right? Well, I'm about to shake things up a bit. Get ready, because we're diving into the minds of our side characters next!
I know you've gotten cozy with our protagonists, but trust me, these supporting players have some pretty wild stories of their own. Fingers crossed you'll enjoy their perspectives just as much as the ones you've been following so far.
Hope you enjoy Miles and Arlo's story just as you did Sasha and Tyler’s.
