I read a few chapters before writing this, but the author of this story doesn't seem to like conversation in their story. Practically every conversation was just a paragraph of stating what was said like a conversation or the person speaking, and just not. Read the story to understand. The story is alright, you just have to ignore all the holes in it. A problem with the story is all the holes in it, like skills coming from out of nowhere, and being attributed to obscure memories of multiple previous lives.
