章 89: Treat Yourself

"Are you openly challenging me now?" Alpha Steve shouted his obstinate son. 

"Dad, since you are refusing to do the needful. Don't you know you are indirectly endangering the safety of the pack?" Dante dared to ask his father. Alpha Steve scoffed at his audacity. 

"Would you rather have me step down from this position for you, since you are more knowledgeable than I now and you understand better how to ensure the safety of the pack, which I know nothing about!" Alpha Steve growled and bared his teeth at him, furiously. Dante cowered and the Zeta bowed in submission. 

"Answer me, pup!" Alpha Steve added. His eyes were red and Dante could clearly see the rage in them. Dante quickly shook his head and cowered away. 

"Get out of my sight before I pounce on you! I might really not be able to control my anger and just tear you apart!" Alpha Steve bellowed at his son, menacingly. Dante left the room without saying a word. He was shook up.
