THIRD PERSON'S POV
Valencia sat on the bench near the flower fields, her mind blank from all kinds of thoughts as she looked at the beautiful flowers.
Aurora looked at her human counterpart, feeling pity for her. The wolf felt troubled and had drowned in agony for a couple of days, something she couldn't tell Valencia about. Now, sitting close to these flowers, she felt calmer, and her head was thinking much straighter than before.
'What are you thinking about?' Aurora asked after a dragging silence.
Valencia shook her head. She didn't feel anything at the moment. Scratch that. She didn't know what to think at the moment.
Thus, rather than replying to her wolf, she asked her another question.
'Why do you think Maverick's mate has returned after so many years?' She asked.
Aurora went silent for a moment.
