Soon, the portal revealed another figure who was calmly analyzing the material.

When the figure noticed the portal appearance, they were startled for a second.

"Why did you suddenly contact me, Earthrender?" Yaren raised an eyebrow, seemingly confused by the sudden contact. 

Earthrender was a massive dragon-like creature, its body seemingly carved from the jagged rocks and dark, coarse scales of the Abyssal Rift, almost indistinguishable from the surrounding stone.
