This was one of the rare times I actually felt beautiful. The last time I remember feeling anything remotely close to beautiful was when I looked at myself in the mirror in that dream I had.
"Norah!" Rowan called from the other side of the door. "It's almost time to leave." It was then when I realized I had spent too much time in the bathroom admiring myself. I quickly smoothed out my dress before separating two curls on my head that had connected together. I finally exited the bathroom and didn't miss the smile Rowan gave me once he saw me.
"You look great," he said as I made my way over to the edge of the bed where I had put my heels that I had brought. Lucky for me, they matched the dress perfectly.
"Thanks," I said as I slid the heals on. I went over to the vanity and picked up my earrings and necklace. I put them on before grabbing the clutch that came with the dress.
