All the questions distracted me so much that I didn't hear Evan come up from behind me. He placed his hands on my shoulders and I tensed, thinking that I had been caught. I turned around and sighed in relief. Evan was laughing and I glared at him and brought my finger to my lips. I stood up and grabbed his wrist and pulled him away from the window. I lead him over to my shack and pulled him inside.
"My dad is hiding something from me," I told him quietly to avoid people hearing me. These shacks aren't very sound proof and we are all werewolves with very good hearing. "Something big."
Evan looked as if he didn't believe me and I narrowed my eyes at him. "You don't believe me do you?"
"No, no, I do," he rushed out. "It's just that this is a pretty big accusation that you're making. Are you sure?"
I nodded, "I'm pretty sure I know what I heard."
Evan nodded, "What are you going to do about it?" He asked and I shrugged.
