章 88: Obstruction

Nan Xing stood up from her leather chair and walked around the desk to come to Yi Qin's side. She pulled the chair beside his and changed its direction to face Yi Qin before sitting down. She opened her fist and showed him a chocolate lying in her palm that she had offered him.

"Eat this," said Nan Xing to Yi Qin showing a warm smile. Seeing how he didn't move, she pulled his hand and placed the chocolate in his hand, "Eat this and calm down first. I am unable to understand your intentions right now. So, you need to first settle down and then tell me what are you really doing here."

Yi Qin unwrapped the chocolate and put it into his mouth, "You really think that I am a kid who can be coaxed with chocolate." Even though his words showed his displeasure, his action of squinting his eyes in enjoyment conveyed his real feelings very well.

Nan Xing did not comment on his duplicity.
