章 73: Don't Ask to Come

Noah's mind went slack. His fingertips came to a rough stop. Atticus Kerpan. That name was brought up once more. First, by Cruden, then Kallum, and now, Roselia. 

Noah was even more intrigued by this damn Atticus Kerpan figure. So much was known about him, but it revealed so little about his true nature. As the only child of Bruce Kerpan, Atticus had privileges unlike many others. One of them, as figured by Noah, was sneaking around from pack to pack. With how close in territory the Pack Fiore was to Pack Kerpan, without a doubt, Atticus had made many journeys back and forth. The two packs bordered each other and before Roselia's crime, they had a healthy alliance.

"Sit down, Rosie," Noah said, forcing Roselia back into her seat on the dining table. "I'll make lunch. Don't worry about it."

"All you know how to make is ramen though and that isn't healthy for a growing boy like you," Roselia chided.
