章 8: Chapter-6 Talk with the dead people.
Finally, Dumbledore breaks the silence.
Dumbledore: "Mr. Black, now that we have addressed the other matters, how about we discuss the topic for which you requested this meeting?"
Jason nods, his expression serious and determined.
Jason: "Yes, Headmaster Dumbledore. As I mentioned in the letter, Tom Riddle has fallen on the path of dark rituals, including making himself immortal by creating Horcruxes. From my analysis, Tom Riddle was someone who wanted to prove himself superior to all others, and to set an example for this, he should have chosen items belonging to the greatest of the wizards, and who else but the founders of Hogwarts themselves."
Dumbledore and McGonagall exchange surprised glances as Jason continues.
Jason: "I have discovered that the items made into Horcruxes include Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem, Salazar Slytherin's locket, and Helga Hufflepuff's cup. But it doesn't stop there; the number of Horcruxes he made is seven. Seven, the magical number in all the history of the wizarding world."
Dumbledore and McGonagall are visibly astonished, but Dumbledore expresses his doubt.
Dumbledore: "Seven Horcruxes... It is indeed a grave revelation, Mr. Black. But how are you so certain of this number?"
Jason: "The method I used is not something proud of Headmaster Dumbledore but needed to be used for the greater good of all."
For some reason Dumbledore did not like the way Jason spoke fearing he might have done something unforgivable
Jason: "Tom Riddle talked with only one Professor and that is Professor Slughorn. So, I had to use Legilimency on him forcefully on him and that's how I found out that Tom Riddle himself asked that whether he can create seven Horcruxes or not."
McGonagall face now looked pale, and Dumbledore also did not look good.
Dumbledore 'Tom what have you done.'
Jason broke the silence in the chamber by standing up and walking towards the window to look outside.
Jason: "I believe one of the Horcruxes is in Hogwarts, and to prove that we need to meet Helena Ravenclaw. Headmaster, I know what you are going to say, but just believe in me and let me do what needs to be done without any question."
Dumbledore feeling conflicting about whether to allow to Jason or not and after shaking his head. He allowed but warned him as well.
Dumbledore: "If you are wrong about this then Mr. Black you would have to tell us all you know about this matter and Hogwarts."
Jason: "I accept."
Dumbledore was a bit straddle by the Jason's confidence, but he did not know that confidence came from his knowledge of Praveen.
Jason: "Can you ask the portraits to locate the Miss Helena Ravenclaw?" asked to Dumbledore.
Dumbledore now was outright baffled by the notion of Jason knowing everything about his work of operation. However, he did as he was asked and after some time, he located her and they Dumbledore, McGonagall and Jason started heading towards her location.
On the fifth floor, in the corridor
One can see a wondering soul through the corridor, this soul belongs to Helena Ravenclaw. One should be wondering what a soul is. Soul is the driving force of any living being and how are they formed there is no exact answer to that. But how soul can continue to exist in the mortal realm that is due to emotions. Soul and emotion are closely related and why, in harry potter magic is conducted by wizards because of blood and this blood could be possibly extracted from magical creatures and integrating them into human being leading to the birth of wizards. This integration of blood allowed the use of power of soul energy or in the case of Jason "Spirit". Spirit or soul is the energy form of used by the wizards for using magic and constant use of such leads to grow of soul and body strength. In the Shield hero world mana is integrated in the human because of the abundance of it. The Muggle Borns are likely to be decedents of the squibs (non-magical people born from magical people).
Soul, emotion and body are interdepended on each other. Soul itself cannot exist in a mortal realm but can in the realm made for soul they might exist and depending on the realm they continue to exist there and then go through reincarnation unlike the Jason gone through, but it is a chain of cycle of living and dying and the one who breakthrough this cycle is the one who has attended the "moksha". Anyway, the main topic is that Soul is eternal and that is truth and it's a purest form of energy. A soul when enters a body it begins to develop and become and stable in the body. The development of the soul takes places in the childhood and soul interacts with body through brain there are various part of brain that are possibly connected to the soul. They act as a gateway for the soul to interact with the mortal realm. That is why strong emotion allow one to cast strong magic and the magic in the harry potter is also developed on this basis.
Now, this strong emotion can be anything and due to development of soul with help of magic, these strong emotions allow soul to exist in the mortal realm by creating a will which is the representation of the soul. In case of Helena Ravenclaw or the gray lady she felt hate rate and guilt towards herself for not being as good as her mother and stealing her diadem and not being with her at the time of her death. All this cause her soul to be attached to the mortal realm. Jason, Dumbledore and McGonagall reached the location where she was located.
Jason POV
Dumbledore: "Mr. Black, I hope you understand the graveness of this situation and handle with precaution."
Jason: "Yes. Headmaster Dumbledore I understand. But I like to speak with her in private."
Dumbledore and McGonagall accepted and moved away from there and then Jason stared at the transparent figure in front of him and thought of what to speak to her. After thinking for a while he found out a way to get the information he already knew.
Jason: "Miss Helena Ravenclaw, nice meeting you, my name is Jason Black and I here to speak with you. May I have your few moments."
Helena: "I have nothing to speak to anyone here." and she started moving away.
Jason: "You won't even speak to someone, even if this someone can restore your mother's diadem. Interesting." this made her stop in her tracks and looked back at me.
Helena: "Do you have any proof?" she questioned me.
Jason: "How about having this conversation in private? come here I want to cast a spell to blocking our conversation to be heard by other, only if you are interested in this conversation." I said with a shrug.
She seems to be thinking something and come close to me. I casted Muffliato for the conversation.
Jason: " I know Tom Riddle made it a Horcruxes by killing himself. There is a way to solve this situation and I need your and your mother's help to make it possible."
Helena: "My mother is dead! HOW CAN SHE HELP YOU IN THIS!" Helena furiously spoke and started to leave.
Jason: "You can speak with your mother" I spoke in a hurry.
This made Helena stop and look at Jason and then with a look of disappointment she turned around and started to leave.
