To Little Ox…and Osayi who I'm sure forced you to share this letter with him. Honestly. Your love of gossip is going to get you in trouble one day.

I have not held up my promise to contact you and I am sure my gift must be gathering dust somewhere in that too large room of yours. For that, I must sincerely apologize.

I hope Osayi had, at the very least, relayed my situation to you. The Empire has been out of sorts as of late due to the growing presence of monsters within our walls.
