Beelithina managed to get the information out of Li and like every man, he wished to lay with her. 

Beelithina refused his request but Li was enchanted by her so this didn't matter. 

Beelithina was told where Kenzo was but that was all, Li didn't plan to help her beyond that. 

Beelithina had to manage whatever energy she had left and this meant she couldn't use it like she usually did because it would be hard to replenish.

Li offered her an escort but Beelithina knew this was a means to keep an eye on her. 

She wouldn't have minded it because there was no doubt that these people lacked the means to kill her but they had managed to kill Kenzo, an act she once thought impossible because Kenzo's body should be impervious to earthly weapons.

She went to the location and saw Kenzo's body lying there with a few men standing over him. 

They were nailing him to a cross and they had inscribed the words.
