    Now that it was settled that I'd be spending my rut with my mate, I was looking forward to it and also dreading it. Even though my mate was certain I wouldn't hurt him, I still feared I'd end up hurting him.

We've decided to return to school for the rut. Not because we needed to, but because that was the most familiar place my wolf knew, so it would feel the most comfortable spending its rut there.

Last night, I didn't fuck Labyrinth like I badly wanted to, not because of anything else but because of my upcoming rut. It was best to abstain and let it build for the next few days until the rut hits. I only ended up scenting him thoroughly and cuddling him before we fell asleep.
