Jules' pov

"You can't come in."

I frowned at Landon, taking in the angry scowl plastered across his face. Beside him, stood three omegas and I recognize them because I've seen them around him a bunch of times.

I reached up and massaged my forehead, the headache there was growing even more with each passing second, and there was nothing I want to do as much as I want to go lay down and sleep.

I had just exited the preys dormitory, where I went to see Elio. To say he had been shocked when I hugged him as soon as he let me in, was an understatement. He hugged me in return and we stayed in each other's embrace till he asked me if everything was okay. Of course I couldn't tell him what was wrong, I couldn't tell him that his life might be in danger because of me, I couldn't tell him a thing, so I just pulled him into my arms again.
