Impossible Pregnancy

Alix smiled cunningly.

"How are the negotiations with the owner of Fuwen academy? Things have been quiet on that front for a while now."

She had always known that madam Qian would not push the matter earnestly until that two week deadline passed.

"I will conclude the final negotiations before lunch today." She answered.

"Excellent, then I will see you at the music school tomorrow."

Immediately after hanging up, madam Qian went to Ko real estate development, the company owned by her husband's family. 

Normally, she was calm when she paid a visit, often greeting the employees with a polite smile or acknowledging them in different ways. 

This time round, it was different. She walked by all of them as if she could not see them. Her steps were determined and hurried. And when she got to her husband's office, she opened the door without knocking. 

"Honey." she said in a loud voice.
