To successfully break through to the Core Formation stage, two important conditions must be met: being physically strong and having a suitable level of Qi. These conditions may seem easy, but in reality, they are very strict and eliminate those who cannot use a good cultivation technique or are physically very weak, which is common for most low-quality cultivation techniques that focus on developing Qi.
