"So they don't care even if the city is going to get destroyed?" Helen smiled angrily. "Those guys only care about their own personal gains."

Nathan glared back, and when the two were about to fight again, Mathias tapped the table, dispersing their heated emotions. "They don't answer to the empire. We can't force them."
