She stood from her chair slowly and before Lisa could understand what she was up to dragged her out of the ward.

She wasn't going to let Lisa's hysterics get to her, not when their mother was lying unconscious and needed some rest.

"Please, keep an eye on my mom, I'll be back soon," Grace said to one of the nurses she saw at the entrance to the emergency unit.

The nurse nodded in understanding. She had seen how the other lady barged in and knew she was here to make trouble. Speaking with her outside was the best thing to do.

"What are you doing, Grace?" Lisa's voice rose in alarm as she saw where Grace was taking her… it was getting quieter and quieter as they walked.

"Relax, little sis. Don't you want to scold me? So I'm taking you to where you can freely express yourself without affecting mom's rest," Grace said in an indulging tone.

When she was sure that they were far from the busy part of the hospital, Grace released her hand.
