章 2: New day!
After Lunch!
Following their lunch, Itsuki examined the system module and came to the conclusion that cooking was giving him experience points to level up the cooking blessing he had received from the system.
He also felt as though he was gaining knowledge and awareness that he had never had before. After taking a closer look at Itsuki, she noticed that he was actually being lazy for once. However, she also noticed that Itsuki had been sleeping through spring break for the last 2 days, which gave her a slight headache.
"Onii-chan, I knew that it was the beginning of the spring break that you would get to prepare and rest for the institution. But is it really okay for you to be like this and laze around through the whole month?" Sakura County vacations are divided into three seasons: spring, winter, and summer.
With the exception of job workers and other special working situations, they typically receive a full month off for each season, while government employees typically get three months of paid time off each year.
With the exception of jobs that require extraordinary versatility, most students tend to shy away from the so-called institution and instead begin working in the workforce.

"Hmph! Stupid brother, just find some good friends already and don't make me worry about you." Although Mizuha was trying to scold him, Itsuki, on the other hand, was enjoying his sister's pouty expression with a smile on his face, as he had the urge to pinch her cheeks.
"Alright, later I can take you out, and I don't need friends at the moment, and I will definitely work a little later on, for physique." Itsuki yawned while sprawled out on the couch, eyes closed and a weary expression on his face.
Itsuki, who was reading the cooking website, was a little bored until he noticed that the cooking blessing had one more experience, and his eyes lit up with curiosity when he realized that reading could add to that experience as well.

Itsuki began to wonder how long he had been reading and realized that it had been about 20 minutes since he had logged onto that website and started learning the new cooking skill.

'I am also deep thinker, so I guess it also means that I need to be really concentrated to get 1 exp for reading about something new for 20 minutes.' Itsuki took out a small diary, wrote a note about the system, and then put the pen down to consider how he could obtain more Lp in order to receive more blessings for himself.
The system had made it very evident to him that having sex with the target was the best course of action when he concentrated on it and had a bad feeling that he might require the attention or feelings of attractive girls in order to acquire Lp.
He took the geography book from its shelf and began to read it, curious to see if he would be given another chance to be blessed the way he had been when he first began cooking for Mizuha this morning.

A new screen appeared in front of Itsuki, who grinned as a cold, electronic voice rang in his head. He chose to accept it right away because, as long as he does not use up all 110 LP, the system says he will be alright.

Then he made a new objective for himself: to acquire as many blessings as possible, figure out how to acquire more LP, master everything, and eventually live a decent life for the safety of his sister as well.
'After all, this world is really cruel, and I am not sure if there is only one kind of problem in this world or if there will be more of them in the future.'
Since he had a cautious disposition, as opposed to his previous host personality, Itsuki's mind tended to be cautious about everything.
'Hmm! I need to get strong, and for that, I need to have more powerful body and training into some kind of martial art will be very helpful.'
Abruptly, Itsuki recalled how, in the later stages of the novel, he had trained in a family martial art connected to kendo while honing his quick draw technique.
Whereas Itsuki in the novel benefited greatly from the explosive power and sharpness of the technique, which helped him out of many challenging situations.
"The body of the previous Itsuki was made for that technique because of the influence of his bloodline; similarly, I may become an influential master in the system along with it." When Itsuki had finished reflecting, he began looking for the video that his father had made for him.
Mizuha had also begun to watch Itsuki since he had begun working out unexpectedly, which had caught her interest.
'What is he up to now?' She paused to consider this as she watched Itsuki remove the training sword from its apex and even remove the video container their father had left behind before passing away.
"Onii-chan, are you going to learn that martial art?" A sliver of happiness could be seen on Mizuha's face, as she was thrilled to see her brother pulling out those training tools and the one item their father had left for Itsuki.
"Yeah, I am considering working my body, so I thought this would be rather perfect. Not to say, we are now grown up, and I don't want to hate him for everything all this time."
She blushed slightly, nodded at Itsuki's comment with a lovely smile, and fully supported his action as she prepared fruit juice and other items after he had finished training it for an hour.
