Chi Xiyou and Chi Xinru nodded, and then the three of them walked into the refugee camp under the refugees' gaze. After they entered the refugee camp, two men came out of their hiding place. 

One of them said, "Go and report to Wangye."

The other person nodded and disappeared from there, while the remaining man followed Duan Yixin and the Chi siblings into the refugee camp. 

Duan Yixin did not notice anyone following her and observed the refugees. Seeing that most of them were sick, she said in a low voice, "Elder Brother Xiyou, let's find a place to set up a table first."
