Alpha Denzel chuckled and responded to his wolf. 'If killing me would make Valerie happy, then I would gladly die for her. I would not be replaced in her life anyway since she now has an alpha wolf.'

Then he asked Valerie. "And what did you say?"

"She said it was because you have become too dangerous, but I told her your wildness is what keeps me attracted to you."
