So while Kenpachi will still be extremely strong, he won't have access to Reishi anymore due to the inherent nature of the One Piece world being completely different from the three worlds of Bleach. Master Swordsmen: While not trained by typical standards, Zaraki is indeed a master swordsman and this is mostly due to his past fights and experiences alongside the brief training in the academy but doesn't rely on the formal training he received, his past experiences he developed a particular combat style and prefers to overwhelm his opponents with his strength and might

Immeasurable Spiritual Power(Will Kinda): During his former life as captain of squad 11, Zaraki had immense spiritual power but little to no control over it and had to use special equipment to help properly control it and not end his fights too fast to have more fun during the battle
