The dark cave was becoming more and more oppressive. The echoes of the battle against the golem still reverberated off the stone walls, mingling with the anxious silence that followed. Kido, now revealed before the group, observed the confused and worried expressions of his companions.

Renald, Dylan, and Katia exchanged worried glances. The general Kido, their hero and respected leader, seemed changed. His red eyes glowing in the shadow emitted an aura of mystery and danger.

"We were four," Renald hesitated, "But Orla went scouting. She was supposed to return before we entered this cave."

Kido frowned, visibly concerned. He thought for a moment, then nodded. "We need to find her. This cave is full of dangers, and the flames from the golem might have attracted other creatures."

Katia, still exhausted from maintaining the magical shield, approached Kido. "General, what happened to you? We've been looking for weeks, and... you don't seem the same."
