My wife gave her team an apologetic smile as I took her hand and gave it a kiss.
I knew they would have a lot of questions and I wasn't too sure if my wife was ready to answer them.
"I have another proposition to make things a lot more exciting," I said with a grin.
"Exciting? Isn't this exciting enough?" Lilith grumbled as she glared at me.
"It will bring out the best ideas, mi amor," I promised her. "As competition most often does."
"Fine, your proposal, husband?" she asked her gaze locked into mine.
"You two are crazy, always crazy!" Lex grumbled as he poured himself a glass of whiskey. "I hope your children don't come out as demented as either of you."
"I think it's brilliant," Cassandra scoffed.
"Of course you do, dear," Lex sighed, shaking his head.
"Proposal?" Lilith asked.
"Right, right," I said, nodding. "We keep the mixed teams but we turn it into a challenge."
