章 44: A New Feeling

Sarah's POV:

Anthony drove back to the mansion, and Josh was so excited that he kept talking throughout the drive. We finally got to the mansion and walked inside.

"I have to watch the basketball game." Josh hurried to his bedroom, and I turned to leave when Anthony held my hand. "Let's talk on the patio," he said.

I was confused, but I followed him and when we got there, He pulled out a chair for me to sit on, and he sat facing me. "What's the deal?" he asked, and now I was very confused. What deal?

"I mean the person you have become."

"I have not changed." I chimed in nervously. Was he suspicious?

"Let me talk."

I nodded and decided to let him speak. "You make Josh happy; I don't hear you arguing with Kim every morning, and you put effort into work; you are kind and humble... It's like you are a different person."

I felt the blood in my body rush in the opposite direction. This is it. I am busted.
