章 311: One of Africa's Best

Jason stood up from his yoga mat after completing an hour-long yoga session to help relieve his muscles of exhaustion and help with match recovery.

As much as he wanted to do some physical training, he also understood that it was best not to overuse his muscles when he was supposed to be recovering, especially after a match like the one he had participated in the previous night.

It was a successful outing, but Jason had been tackled hard quite a few times while he was looking for a goal, so he was sore in a few places and he had to make sure it didn't become something else.

In his previous reality, he had become injury-prone early on in his career due to him constantly pushing himself because he knew he wasn't good enough and he wanted to progress.
