The door opened. An old man appeared at the door. He looked exhausted and weak. His face sunken and his skin pale.

"Who are you?" The old man asked suspiciously.

"Sir, I am the young man who asked for the tier 7 defense array," Aether replied politely. "I promised to bring the items you needed in exchange for the array. Sir, do you remember?"

The old man thought about it for a while. "Now that you mention it, there seems to be something like that." He fully opened the door. "Come in,"

Aether entered the house. He found himself in a room. The room was humble, the floor made of old wood, and the furniture was simple. A wooden table and chairs at the center.

"Young man, I have created the array you asked for. But do you have enough to pay for it?" The old man asked.
