The King looked at his advisor, specifically General Ilus.
"The supplies could only last for two more weeks?" he asked, the General nodding with a gloomy face.
"Yes, your Majesty. Despite our best attempt to reduce the amount needed to feed the soldiers to make sure it would last longer, there is only so much we can reduce.
At the rate this is going, we will be out of food supply by two more weeks. Three if we can ration it even tight than before."
The King nodded, though he will not agree to it. Reducing the ration could invoke a riot from his troops, something they don't need. He also did not want to deprive them of their righteous food, one they earned while slugging in the frontline.
"How about other supplies? Food is one thing, but weapon and potions is also needed to help sustain certain area." General Pharrell asked.
