A television news helicopter had already flown above the sky as they filmed the Dimensional Gate and goblins live.

Because of that, Weiss' appearance caught the attention of the phoenix citizens who were currently watching television. Not only were they aware of the Dimensional Gate's descent as well as the otherworldly invasion, but they also saw Weiss appear on television.
