As Whitmore vaulted through the air, he stretched out his hand, aiming to take down Adam.

From up close, he was stunned to see the youth's appearance. He couldn't make out his facial features at all. It seemed to be concealed by a layer of illusory smoke.

What really surprised him was the white flower patterns in his jet-black eyes, along with the blood that was streaming from them.

But the next moment, he saw Adam calmly lift his hand and point his palm toward him, casting a spell.
