"Auntie! Uncle! Good morning!"

An excited Calliope welcomed Calix and Leslie to the orphanage. She jumped up and down on her tiny feet, unable to contain her excitement. Her pigtails bounced, dancing along with her movements.

Calliope waited at the small reception area, accompanied by Director Li. She wore a light yellow short-sleeved T-shirt paired with a pastel pink suspender skirt. A white bunny holding a flower bouquet was printed in the middle.

Calix and Leslie decided to enter the orphanage building instead of waiting for Calliope at the van outside.

Logan and Mrs. An were inside the vehicle. They wouldn't join the picnic with the spouses and the little girl. They simply followed if their presence was needed later, especially for Leslie.

"Good morning, Poppy," Calix waved one hand at Calliope, chuckles slipping out of his mouth, "Did you sleep well last night? Did you dream of eating good food?"
