In the quaint town of Crimville, where the sun painted the skies in hues of warmth and the whispers of the wind carried tales of tranquility, Leo and his ten wives embraced the joys of newlywed bliss. The nights were a tapestry of shared dreams, and their sleep, a haven of serenity. However, the next morning, Leo's world was shaken from its peaceful slumber.
Amidst the soft caress of moonlight, Leo stirred, roused from the realms of dreams by an unexpected intrusion. His entire being jolted with an inexplicable agony, a stinging pain that coursed through him as though a herd of spectral bulls had thundered over his prone form. As Leo's eyes fluttered open, the world greeted him with a blurry haze, a landscape of uncertainty that gradually sharpened into focus.
To Leo's astonishment, his eyes, the windows to his soul, betrayed a surreal symphony of colors. They glowed with an ethereal light, a mesmerizing dance of crimson red, tranquil blue, serene cyan, vibrant green, and pristine white. At times, they plunged into an abyss of pitch black before resurfacing to Leo's usual eye color.
Yet, the odyssey of oddities did not cease there. Leo's nose tingled with an unusual discomfort, a sensation akin to the tickle that precedes a sneeze. It teased him, threatened to burst forth, but the sneeze remained elusive, dissipating as swiftly as it had appeared. Simultaneously, his mouth, the wellspring of speech and laughter, felt strangely desolate. It lacked the usual moist embrace of saliva, leaving Leo's throat arid, akin to a desert land thirsting for rain.
These peculiar sensations, a fleeting parade of mysteries, manifested and evaporated within seconds, leaving Leo bewildered and grappling with the remnants of his unusual awakening. A thought, like a wisp of revelation, crossed his mind – a peculiar aroma lingering in the air the previous night.
Unbeknownst to him, Leo's body bore the traces of an otherworldly dance, an intricate ballet of colors and sensations.
"Ugh… It hurts!?" Leo said when he felt the bodily pains that emerged and vanished away in short intervals of seconds. His whole body ached with the urge to shout, but he held back his breath, noticing his wives still asleep.
The pain started fading away when he saw their calm faces sleeping while Aurora and Sorina hugging each other in their embrace. The peaceful sight suddenly triggered a memory in his head where he was continuously ramming these beautiful faces who had pleasure etched in their mind with every thrust in their caves.
Considering all that happened to them in a night, Leo started to think of an excuse, and he suddenly remembered something, "Those Candles...!?" He started looking at the room table that had the leftover wax from the candles.
Looking at the wax leftover, he decided to just accept the reality.
"Well, I won't be blamed at the very least for lighting the candles." He sighed inwardly and laid down his body on the bed while feeling the pain for a complete hour, falling asleep.
The morning sun cast a gentle glow through the curtains, waking Leo from a deep slumber. He slowly opened his eyes, realizing that the usual ache in his body had dissipated. Surprised, he sat up in bed, the remnants of discomfort replaced by an unfamiliar sense of relief.
Curiosity urging him on, Leo silently tiptoed out of the bedroom and into the adjacent guest room's bathroom. The cool tiles beneath his feet served as a stark contrast to the warmth that enveloped him as he turned on the shower. Closing his eyes, he allowed the cascading water droplets to wash away the remnants of sleep.
As Leo stood there, the soothing water working its magic, he felt an inexplicable sensation tingling beneath his skin. It was subtle at first, like a gentle hum coursing through his veins. Unbeknownst to him, a delicate net of lines began to emerge from underneath his skin, glowing faintly for mere seconds before fading away.
Leo, lost in the tranquility of the moment, failed to notice the ethereal display happening on a microscopic level. The lines resembled an intricate web, as if something extraordinary was unfolding beneath the surface of his ordinary existence. The phenomenon was ephemeral, a fleeting dance of light beneath his skin, leaving no tangible evidence of its existence.

As he stood under the shower, his eyes still closed in blissful ignorance, the surrounding air seemed to shimmer momentarily. Yet, before Leo could comprehend the mystical transformation taking place, the dragon scales vanished as mysteriously as they appeared. It was as if the universe had granted him a glimpse into a realm beyond his understanding, leaving him standing in the shower, oblivious to the enchantment that had momentarily graced his existence.
Leo, now refreshed and oblivious to the extraordinary events that unfolded beneath the surface of his ordinary morning routine, stepped out of the shower, ready to embrace the day ahead. He was completely unaware of the fantastical secret that lay dormant within him.
"I should prepare breakfast before going out." Leo spoke in his head with a smile as if nothing had happened last night.
In fact, he was scared to face his wives.
