章 35: Remain Steadfast
As they trekked, the sun beat down on the tired and weary travelers. The Ghost's face coated in sand and dust. As he squinted he could see the gates of city, but he knew he was too tired, far too tired to slow down now.
As the Gate Guards saw the worn out convoy they summoned Demon Lord Kazuto.
My lord, an army is at the gate claiming to be friends of yours.
Who is leading them?
A man in a mask, he's wearing green clothes we've never seen before.
Kazuto rushed to the gate to see most of this army was dehydrated and tired. The only one still standing was the Ghost.
By the gods.. GET THEM WATER! Ghost, what happened?

As the demon people assisted the Southern Ottawans, the Ghost finally collapsed to his knees, his strength running far too low.
As Demon Lord Kazuto helped the Ghost to his feet, those close to the Ghost gathered around him.

As the guards set him down, Kazuto sits beside him.
Other nations that have been left out of the Doctrine of Humanity are beginning to rally. Once you're rested we'll go all out, we need their support to come out on top of this thing.
I can't promise anything Kazuto, all I can do is show them.

In the next three days, the Ghost went around to the various nations under siege using the SR-72PA As soldiers and knights began to kick down the gates of the of the Beastmen nation, they found the Ghost standing as their defense. The twin Pratt & Whitney J58's launched soldiers flying backwards, and his chain gun was more than they could handle.
Someone tell Overlord Pat that the Ghost is here! He's decimating our forces! Call for backup!
Something tells me your backup will never arrive in time.

The soldiers turn to find the Ghost hovering above them. In the background, Constitution lobbed rocks and trees at them in order to slow their advance.
Look! Reinforcements have arrived!
A blinding flash of light from the sky revealed the Church of Humanity and the Archangel of Principality.
Time to show these beasts what humanity really is! Smite them Archangel!
Constitution and the Ghost watched this majestic large angel float towards them, energy spiking around it. Constitution, lock in, engage that angel.
The Automaton locked onto the Angel and opened fired her small weapons first, none of which had any effect.
Constitution, fire the Accelerator at it.
As the Archangel of Principality readied its own attack, Constitution opened her chest revealing the the accelerator cannon.
NOW ARCHANGEL! KILL THAT WRETCHED MONSTROCITY!
The Archangel slams a mace down onto Constitution. Sparks fly everywhere, but the American-made automaton fires the Accelerator at the angel destroying it in one hit.
No...ALL FORCES RETREAT! THE ARCHANGEL IS DOWN!
The Beastmen cheer as the sieging forces retreat, but Constitution did suffer some damage, more damage than ever before.
