Exitar's scornful voice came from within the shadows of his hammer. He still hadn't given up searching for Arishem.
Shing!
A beam of golden light shot straight through the gaps in the meteor hammer, striking Exitar's wavering yellow-green armor.
If it were merely light from a star like the sun, as a combat member of the Celestials, he would be unfazed. But it was different when Zane turned his entire energy into a laser.
The dual nature of light, both wave and particle, a principle Zane learned in battle against the Destruction Celestial , was brought to full effect with his "Glint-Glint Fruit."
Although he couldn't yet fully convert himself into particles, focusing his powerful mid-tier seven-dimensional energy into a single particle-sized point created devastating damage.
Boom!
Boom!
The meteor hammer fell helplessly, dangling in midair at the giant's feet. Exitar looked in horror at the gaping hole that had pierced his chest.
"It's not over yet!"
Seizing Exitar's momentary shock, Zane swiftly drew his Reaper's Scythe and struck a critical point on his opponent's body.
Shing!
The blade flashed, landing a precise hit.
Exitar's face twisted in fury, and in an instant, countless waves surged from the chains wrapped around his arm, instantly engulfing the glowing stars at the ends. The yellow-green stripes on his armor swelled, as though inflated by an invisible energy.
The giant gritted his teeth and spat at Zane, "Even if I die, I'll drag you down with me!"
"Too late!"
With that, Zane slashed several more times, slicing Exitar's massive body into pieces. The power of death eroded him, leaving no trace of energy within his form.
Boom!
Boom!
At that moment, a deep-blue giant and a violet-red giant flickered to distant points on either side of Zane, using their space-time abilities.
Immediately, each fired a wave of rippling, winding light aimed to trap Zane in a pincer attack.
"As expected, space-time shifting abilities are a bit redundant in combat within the same dimension."
Zane had already dodged before the two giants fully revealed themselves.
Just as he was about to turn into light and strike from behind them, two beams above collided, their peaks and troughs perfectly aligned, creating an explosive surge that ravaged the sky.
Caught off-guard, Zane was knocked back, letting out a grimace.
"Brothers, huh? Such perfect coordination!"
"Then let's send you off together!"
Just as Zane prepared to teleport behind the two, he found his limbs suddenly unresponsive, trapped by a high-speed vortex of particles forming a barrier around him.
"You are the target of this 'Cosmic Judgment Order,' Earthling Zane Sy, correct?"
From below, the cyan-armored giant, who hadn't spoken for some time, looked up and slowly addressed the tiny figure of Zane floating high above.
The entire Mirror World remained vast and boundless, even now.
From the glass floor below to the high altitude where Zane was trapped, the distance stretched as far as from one planet's northern pole to its southern pole—comparable to Earth's North Pole to South Pole. Thus, the giants hadn't immediately recognized Zane's identity.
At this moment, Zane was confined in a particle cage in the sky. It wasn't that he didn't want to break free—he simply couldn't. He was immobilized, spinning along with the surrounding particles. Even when he attempted to expand using the quantum realm, it was futile, as the particle cage would enlarge with him, as if scaling proportionally.
"Brother, it's been a while since our fourth team fought with such seamless coordination," Ziran said.
"Stay quiet, Ziran," replied Oneg.
Ziran and Oneg stood at the same height as Zane, like executioners, continuously firing light waves at the center of the cage.
Below, the blue-armored Nezarr and the green-armored Jemiah clapped hands. Then, steam hissed from the long pipes on Jemiah's back as he looked up at Zane, who was expanding and shrinking in sync with the particle cage. Jemiah mockingly shouted, "Earthling Zane Sy, it's pointless! Stop struggling!"
"Oh, am I not your honored Judge anymore?" Zane shot back.
"Quit the act. Nezarr and I have fully analyzed your data," Jemiah sneered.
"Is this related to that 'Cosmic Judgment Order'?" Zane hadn't expected a reply, but now he played along, stalling for time.
"Error! Incorrect answer. Your 'Cosmic Judgment Order' identifier vanished when you ascended to seven-dimensional status, thereby deactivating it," said Jimia, resting his chin on his left hand as his eyes flickered.
"Only the designated team for each judgment target has access to detailed information; others only see the judgment identifier."
"However, since your data was logged by the Grandmaster and the Collector, we have reason to believe that the former six-dimensional you has indeed advanced to a mid-level seven-dimensional tier."
"Enough, Jemiah. Stop talking to him; he's stalling," Nezarr interjected. He then called up to Zane, "Cease your futile struggle! This is our fourth team's combined technique—the 'Magnetic Particle Cage.' Escape is impossible."
"The entire universe consists of various microscopic particles, and each energy body, including life forms, is composed of organic or inorganic particles."
"Every particle spins, generating an electron magnetic field that responds to External magnetic fields."
"The particles most sensitive to magnetic fields, known as 'magnetic particles,' align with these changes—just like Earth's migratory birds flying south in winter or crabs scuttling sideways, guided by internal magnetic particles."
"Humans, too, are influenced by specific magnetic fields. Higher-dimensional life forms have force fields too complex for any one individual to control their internal particles alone. Thus, Jemiah analyzes the magnetic particle energy fluctuations in your body, passing them to me to design a matching quantum model, then to Oneg and Ziran to execute."
Zane glanced at the two giants beside him, realizing their energy waves had led him into this cage, and shouted, "So, the waves they released earlier were a diversion, luring me into this cage?"
"Not exactly. Oneg and Ziran's energy waves served to draw the immense quantity of External magnetic particles required for the 'Magnetic Particle Cage' from this area," Nezar explained.
His giant eyes flashing coldly before he looked down, dismissing Zane. "Earthling, I know you're stalling for information… but it's useless now. The 'Magnetic Particle Cage' is fully formed."
"In your Earthly terms, you're 'the fish on the chopping block, and I am the knife.' Now, face your end!"
With that, the giant brothers raised their free hands, shooting a brilliant light wave, generating a cataclysmic energy explosion, hurtling directly toward the immobilized Zane in the cage.
"So that's it…" Zane murmured, seemingly oblivious to the terrifying energy wave beside him. "The 'magnetic particles' in the body… meaning that anything outside the body can't be controlled…"
"Then I'll use this move!"
