The answer that she had already predicted sent Rin into a fit of laughter. While she felt pity for her friends here at the shop, she was more exasperated because those folks were possessed by the “Scissors Demon” that made them unable to resist sealed card packs.

“I’ve ordered more boxes to stock the shop. They should arrive tomorrow,” Madame Fon said as she bent down to take the remaining boxes out and put them on the counter. “There are three left. You taking them?”

“Sure. Sunder Moonlight doesn’t have a lot of expensive things, but there are lots of interesting stuff that is also practical. Maybe I’ll get something fun that can give others some ideas for their own decks... Give me three boxes.”

She then held up three fingers with a wide smile. The shop owner, seeing that, chuckled.

“Ms. Rin, you’ve been splurging a lot since you signed that contract,” she teased.
