Yin Yi Bo and Ding Liu's family members had mixed feelings upon hearing that the couple had obtained their wedding certificate without everyone's knowledge. 

They were happy that the couple decided to get their certificate. At the same time, they were angry that Yin Yi Bo and Ding Liu had kept it a secret.

A week after the couple obtained their certificate, Yin Yi Bo's parents took the train to visit Ding Liu's parents to discuss the couple's wedding. 

Yin Yi Bo's parents were relieved that Ding Liu's parents were not angry over their son's abrupt decision.

Both sides of the family discussed the wedding ceremony for a couple of hours before they finally decided on it.

It was decided for the wedding to be held after a year as there were a lot of things for them to plan and prepare.
