"Alright, now, you need to stay indoors, okay? Make sure to lock the door while I'm out."

"Mhm, okay...but where are you going, daddy?" I asked him, smiling as he ruffled my hair.

"There's a bad person out there attacking people...your daddy is going to find them and bring them to justice, I won't let them hurt anyone else."

"But won't it be dangerous? Maybe you should ask for help," I responded worriedly.
