Angela wore a surprised pleased look on her face.

"Christian's gonna marry Elle?" Excitement was evident in her voice.

"Yeah. The time he gets married to someone else, he'll forget all about that church rat." She grimaced in disgust.

Angela smiled, "Well that is good news. Elle will be so pleased." Her smile broadened.

She smirked, "I hate it when he just works himself up just for that girl and her bastard called a child." She pressed her lips in anger.

"Well finally, you've brought what Elle wants right on a platter of gold. She has always loved Christian."

Claudeen smiled, "She's a good girl and a decent one at that. At least she doesn't throw herself on men just like that." She grimaced again. Her expression always changed anytime she talked of Annie.

Angela chuckled, "Who is this girl you're talking about?"
