章 101: Alone

The celebration was supposed to be over at dawn, but since the person that was entertaining them had run away, there was nothing to look forward to except linking with others and eating the never ending supplies of food and drink.

Sinclair wasn't annoyed that Hermione had been taken away by an unknown entity. She felt satisfied. She was able to inflict pain on Hermione and embarrass her.

She had an inkling that it was her stupid grandson that saved his whore, but she couldn't accuse him without proof. Yet, he was the only one who would care so much about Hermione.

Even though she would have preferred Hermione to struggle from this night till next morning, she was still pleased that she had shown the young woman who had the authority. Sinclair could move a mountain with a flick of her fingers. The Queen mother was glad that she was able to prove it.

It would keep the young woman from crossing boundaries next time.
