章 60: I dealt with one before

Mo Jing Ran's hold was very tight. Xu Jingli felt her hands wrap around his neck and immediately grew uncomfortable. He wanted to push her away, but her hands were like iron clasps. Near his ear, Mo Jing Ran excitedly whispered, "Brother Xu, how have you been? It's been so long since we met."

Once she finally let go, Xu Jingli noticed her ears had turned bright red. He responded perfunctorily, "I've been well."

Mo Jing Ran was already used to these kinds of responses from Xu Jingli, so she didn't expect much. She smiled. "Auntie called me yesterday to invite me for lunch when I landed. Will you drive me there?"
