章 279: He Has a Plan

Sophia was relieved to see her best friend standing at her door. Waking up somewhere unfamiliar and being subjected to a stranger first thing after opening her eyes would be too much for her at that moment.

"Good morning," Sophia said, her voice still a little bit tired.

"You weren't texting back so I wanted to see if you're alright," Ethan admitted. "You need to eat something, Soph."

Ethan was normally lighthearted so for him to use a concerned tone, she knew she should take his words seriously and she nodded.

Rachel and Ethan hadn't said anything to her but they had noticed her eating become almost nonexistent since Luca announced to the world that he would be turning himself in for his father's crimes.

"Can I get out of my pajamas first?" she asked quietly.
