"You? Why are you here?" Zyair asked in disdain, setting his confused eyes on the woman who was so elegantly clutching Mithias's arm as if they were a couple. 

"Caeco! Me said we will meet again," she replied with such a fake smile that Zyair wanted to retch. She stepped closer to the man she had never considered a son. Mithias followed with a devious grin of his own. 

Zyair astoundedly gazed from one face to the other, not understanding how these two were colluding together. Then nothing this vile woman did surprised Zyair anymore. Now that he was out of the delusion that she would ever love him. 

Did his mother charm him too? He seemed the type too. And then Irisa's words echoed loud and clear in his mind. 

'You will be surprised when the truth will come forward,' she had said when talking about his father.
