Skyla's arrival at Kincaid International sparked so much interest. The news of her being hired as Zyair's secretary spread like wildfire throughout the company and everyone wanted to have a peek at the girl who had done what no other woman could.

The next day when Skyla arrived, the place seemed more congested than ever. There were more people to greet than normally were in the lobby.

They tried to act discreetly but a few recognised who she was and believed she was hired because of the merger of the two companies.

Skyla tried to smile and greet all of them politely, although she could feel some envious eyes, especially from women. They murmured to themselves while shooting her hostile looks.
