章 31: The Doll Wearing A Naked Apron

When Evan woke up, the moon had already replaced the sun, and the sunlight that shone upon Eternity's face this noon was nothing more than a fervent dream.

Speaking of Eternity, he looked beside him, expecting to see her sleeping peacefully (or perhaps the more proper word was 'deactivated') as the sheets covered her naked body.

After all, he worked her rather hard a while ago.

But all he saw were the white sheets, not the girl.

"Eternity?" Evan called, sitting up on the bed.

"I'm here!" Eternity responded. Her voice was quite distant from where he was. "I'm in the kitchen!''

"Oh," Evan said, though he doubted she heard him.

Evan grabbed his boxers that were on the floor, making himself look decent, at least, before heading out to the kitchen.

It seemed that he didn't need to do that because Eternity herself didn't.
