"So, Zhao Jun Jie, what do you want to talk about?" I asked as I walked into the conference room, soon to be the official city hall.
"I guess the better question is, what do you want to talk about?" sighed Zhao Jun Jie, pointing to the stack of papers in front of him. Xie Feng was once again strapped to his chest. In fact, I don't think that I have yet to see her not strapped to his chest.
"The nine of us disappearing off the face of the earth, never to be seen again?" I replied. I meant to make it a statement, but it definitely came out a question. I was stuck in this weird position of wanting to do everything I could do to help rebuild and not wanting to do anything at all.
I wanted to make sure that the human race could flourish and wanted everyone just to go away and die.
Hey Guys!
I am on my house hunting trip right now! (The time change is killing me). Yesterday, we flew across the country, the airline lost one of my bags, then we had to immediately look at 10 homes. Ugh
Today it is only 7 homes, and all in the afternoon so I am hoping to get a bunch of chapters done a head of schedule because on Sunday we have 14 homes on tap to look at.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
